Every month you’re a Member, you’ll receive a certain amount of Emporium Coins that you can spend on items in the Emporium if there is something that really catches your eye. Alternatively you can save your coins for a future purchase.

Members get access to a wide range of Members-Only items to be used including armours, pets, weapons, potions and more! Show off your new cosmetics to other adventurers!

Members get access to an exclusive Members-Only club where they can hangout with other Members. Depending on your tier, there are also even more exlcusive hangout spaces within, specifically for your tier.

FOUNDERS PACKS
Founders Packs are bundles awarded to subscribing players within the first year of AEGIS Kingdoms, and will no longer be available after that.
They are only available to players who meet the criteria and support AEGIS Kingdoms in this early part of development. After which, they will no longer be available to acquire, becoming incredibly rare.
For Rare Item Collectors among the playerbase looking to get a head start on this, there will be an announcement ahead of time for when these packs will be available so that you are ready and prepared ahead of time.

EMPORIUM COINS
Emporium Coins are a form of digital currency that allow you to buy in-game cosmetics in Valencia Lionheart’s Emporium of Exotic Wares. After purchasing Emporium Coins they will appear in your account, where you can that browse through the various items for sale in the Emporium.
Emporium items are strictly cosmetic in nature, providing no additional performance gain or benefit over other players (aside from looking incredibly cool™) and is another way for players to support AEGIS Kingdoms.

Membership Subscriptions can be purchased from the AEGIS Store through the forums.
Yes, through the AEGIS Store you will be able to cancel your existing membership tier and purchase a new subscription to a different tier.
No, at present this is not possible. However this is something actively being looked into.
No, all Membership Rewards are exclusive to the account with a Membership Subscription. Monthly Membership Rewards are account bound and not able to be sold or traded.
There are on-going discussions about more rewards for Members in the future. However this is at the sole discretion of AEGIS Game Studios.
Founder’s Packs are automatically redeemed when you reach the requirements for unlocking it. Please leave up to 7 days for rewards to be added to your account.
No, all Founder’s Pack Rewards are account bound. You are unable to sell or trade them to another character, or vendor.
Founder’s Packs items function in the same way as other AEGIS Kingdoms cosmetics. Once awarded, they’ll need to be selected from the appropriate inventory / bank vault / mailbox and equipped to your character.
Most rewards arrive via your mailbox.
In line with the AEGIS Store policy, some requests for real money purchases are refundable. Refunds will only be processed if the request is within 14 days of the transaction and the Membership has not been used.
Except where required by law, all refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis and will be at the sole discretion of AEGIS Game Studios. If any part of a purchase has been used a refund, either partial or full, cannot be offered.
EMPORIUM FAQ
The Emporium can be reached by speaking to certain characters inhabiting villages and Holds, through the game’s main menu or via the Emporium of Exotic Wares page on the AEGIS Kingdoms website.
Emporium Coins can be purchased from the AEGIS Store through the forums, or by visiting the Emporium of Eoxtic Wares in AEGIS Kingdoms. Coins are also rewarded to players who defeat rare Exotic Monsters through emergent gameplay.
If Emporium Coins are purchased from the AEGIS Store, they must be added to your account and validated by logging in to AEGIS Kingdoms before they’re available to spend in the Emporium.
Emporium of Exotic Wares items function in the same way as other AEGIS Kingdoms cosmetics. Once purchased, they’ll need to be selected from the appropriate inventory / bank vault / mailbox and equipped to your character.

Once the purchase has been validated and the coins are in your account, you will be able to make your purchase. Any Emporium Coins left over from this pack will be added to your in-game wallet for future purchases.
Special 24 Month Gold Tier Membership will be available for purchase in order to acquire Legendary Founders Pack. Weapon sets, items, pets and mounts to complete sets will be arriving in future Founders Packs. Members-Only Double EXP Weekends are the first weekend of every month. Members-Only Club is tier dependent. Some areas only accessible by having a higher or specific tier. Monthly Rewards are only available to players with a Golden Membership Subscription. Founders Packs are only available to those who meet the criteria within the timeframe.
