It’s been 5 years since we started AEGIS Game Studios. 5 years. Which is wild considering where we are today: surrounded by amazing people, on our way to launching Open Weekends for AEGIS Kingdoms and very, very close to releasing The Incredible Adventures of Josh & Connor: The Pre-Prologue.
(Both of which you should totally go and wishlist if you haven’t already!!)

So it shouldn’t really come as a surprise to me that we’re looking to grow again! We’re looking for some more awesome people to join our rag-tag group to keep making AEGIS Game Studios a thing! In fact, we’ve added a whole new fancy “join the team” page for the website! Here we will be listing any roles that we’re looking to fill.

I’m personally on a drive to grow AEGIS Game Studios significantly over 2024, introducing new blood and new ideas into the creative fold. I’m personally keeping an eye out for creative, passionate individuals who are really wanting to get involved and make something really awesome. I’m less fussed about skills as that’s something you can develop, so our focus is on your attitude and overall actions that speak louder than anything else.

Specifically we’re looking to create a new team called the Media Team, who will be responsible for creating many sorts of media and social media posts across all our platforms. Members of this team will get their dark blue crown and title in-game and on Discord. Multiple people can hold the same role and we haven’t set a limit – we’re open to hearing from anyone interested and offering opportunities to passionate folks who’d like to contribute to our vision.

Additionally we’re overhauling our Community Team, which is focused on engaging and growing our community on Discord and in-game. From creating fun in-game events, to more fun interactions in Discord. They’ll be the masterminds behind that and will, of course, have their iconic green crown and title in-game in AEGIS Kingdoms & Discord.
